Can you believe this is the last kit of the year?!?! The December Kit is Knitting and Crochet themed! When I was a little girl I crocheted a lot, and when I was pregnant with my first child I taught myself how to knit so I could make my son some sweaters. Sooo needless to say, I was super excited about this month's kit theme! 

My first project is a planner layout in my B6 Traveler's notebook. Marci looks so relaxed and serene knitting. I colored up the kitties three different ways. I love how you can put the kitties in the yarn basket too! Isn't this layout so fun! And yes, "Knit Happens" on my weekends. LOL!

My first project is a weekly layout in my B6 Traveler's Notebook. I made a fun scene with the little kitty and puppy taking a nap after filling up on popcorn! I really loved how Cristena with the design team turned the popcorn and antenna components to make a floor lamp! I used partial die cutting to make the scalloped rectangle the right size for my planner. 

Using the background stamps to create a pattern on the chairs so fun and easy!

My second project is a slimline card. In order to jam pack all the goodies in this kit I definitely needed a slimline card. I thought it would be fun to have some pastel appliances so I made the TV baby blue, and the VCR pink!

My next project is a slimline card. These little piggies are making waves in this card. I used the postage stamp die and partial die cutting to make the die cut long enough for a slimline card. The panel ended up a little bit short, so I used one of the smaller postage stamp dies and a sentiment to fill the space. I love how it turned out! Sometimes my best ideas comes from having to fix a mistake or when I have to consolidate for something else!

My first project is a monthly planner page in my A5 planner. I've got Reading on the Beach Marci laying down on the bottom corner of my planner page soaking up the sun while the piggies are making sand castles, sipping lemonade, and getting ready to snorkel! 

I used a lot of the La-La Land Crafts stencils to make really fun backgrounds on these pages! For the ripples I used distress oxide inks, first using Tumbled Glass, then Cracked Pistachio, and then Salty Ocean. I'm sooo in love with the way the waves looks!

Isn't this a fun scene of piggies at the beach? My first project is a monthly planner layout in my A6 ring planner, using the Farmer Marci Rubber Stamp and the Truck Die. The layout is really more Truck themed. My husband has been watching a lot of Truck Modification shows and it gave me the inspo. to do this layout. I love the theme of the kit, but it's always awesome to be able to use it in other ways! I made a really cute Felt Truck Planner charm that can be clasp onto the elastic!

I wanted a nice subtle background so I used the Water Ripples Layering Stencil, I die cut the cheese using yellow cardstock and then used copic markers to add some shading details. Lastly I used the pizza toppings as a day of the week and date divider! Isn't this such a fun layout?

My next project is a fun Pepperoni Lover card! I used the Heart stencil from the Hearts & Harlequins Layering Stencil set. First I used the Squeezed Lemonade distress Ink onto white card stock, then I used worn lipstick to stencil in the heart. Then I used colored pencils to shade in the hearts and add little dots to make it look like pepperoni hearts! :P

This month's kit is Pizza themed! Isn't that amazing? I mean, who doesn't love pizza?

The first project that I'm going to share with you is a reusable meal planner sign! By laminating the sign, you can use either a dry erase pen, or you can use permanent marker and clean off with hand-sanitizer, or anything that is alcohol based. I used the Hello Life Paper pack. 

Here's the front side of the meal planner, I'll have my meal plan on the top, and then if there's any notes I need to make, i.e. "thaw out chicken", I'll write that on the bottom:

I put a Grocery List on the back side. Since the sign is a little bigger than I'd like to carry in my purse, I'd take a picture of the list on my phone so that I have it handy.

Rainbow Color Splatter Card using Atelier Inks!

Rainbow Ombre background with Atelier Inks!

Hi Everyone, it's Cheryl here to show you how to make a cheerful card that's bound to brighten up anyone's day!

First I used the Inkon3 Atelier Inks to make a diagonal rainbow background! I just did this freehand so I can get a slight gradient effect when I transitioned to the next color. Look at how vibrant the colors are!

I cut out a scalloped rectangle and scalloped circle, then I embossed the scalloped rectangle using an embossing plate. I also cut out a small flag and used the Marilyn Red Atelier Ink to "dye" the paper. Next, I stamped and fussy cut some of the images from the Lil Chicks stamp set. I used the Atelier Inks as water-coloring inks to color the images! Even watered down a bit, the colors are so vibrant!

Once the red flag was dried, I stamped the "You're EGG-STRA-SPECIAL" sentiment using an embossing ink and then sprinkled some Arctic White Ultra Fine embossing powder over the stamped sentiment and heat set the embossing powder.

I assembled the card by first adhering the large scalloped rectangle to the rainbow card base, then added the little chickie and then the rest of the stamped images on the top and bottom of the circle. Lastly, I adhered the red flag on the bottom left of the card.

There you have it! A nice, clean, and simple card that's super duper adorable!

Here are projects that I've created as inspiration using the November 2019 Kit! This kit is all about reading, it comes with a bookmark die set, and some really cool reading themed decorative dies like a bookshelf with books, and a reading lamp! For the stamps there's a set of critters which includes a hippo, an owl, and a bunny. Then for the Marci stamp it's a Marci with glasses all cozy with a book!

For my first project, I made a card using the bookmark die as a background. I chose different colors as a backdrop for each critter from the One more Chapter Stamp set. I then cut out the "I <3 Books" and used red paper behind it. The patterned craft paper is from the Christmas Hodge Podge Paper Pack!

My next project a card using the Bookworm Marci stamp set. I'm using some card stock from the Christmas Hodgepodge paper pack, as you can see even though it's a Christmas named paper pack, it's pretty versatile and you get a lot of prints that can work for any occasion!
